If you have problems with one of our products please contact us and we’ll try and sort things out. If you are still not satisfied you have 30 days to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete and in the same condition as you received it with original packing.
Also provide us with the order number in the return packaging which is your proof of purchase.
Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card’s issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
An additional note on shipping: There is no such thing as free shipping ,especially not worldwide. We decided to be open about the actual shipping costs instead of adding markup to our products. This way when you order an x-amount of products in one order you actually pay for the products and not the x-amount times shipping. This strategy has not proven easy for us in distributing our products to resellers but in the end you will get a fair price.
